THE COMPANY

About JakoMeet

JakoMeet is a B2B webinar platform that covers the webinar from the first registration to the post-event report. Marketing teams draft the event page with AI, invite relevant professionals through Audience Boost, stream live with captions in 10 languages and follow up with attendees and no-shows from the same event. JakoMeet is built and operated by Unusual Companies BV in Utrecht, the Netherlands.

WHY WE EXIST

Why JakoMeet Exists

Most teams run a webinar across four or five tools: a page builder, an email tool, a meeting app, a spreadsheet for the attendee list and a slide deck for the report. Every handover between them loses something, usually the data.

JakoMeet was built so that one event holds all of it. The registration page, the emails, the live stream, the replay and the report share the same registrant list, so the follow-up knows who attended and the report knows where each registration came from.

One event, from the first registration to the follow-up. Streaming you do not have to think about. AI that suggests, and people who decide.

OUR PHILOSOPHY

Product Principles for B2B Webinar Teams

Four principles decide what goes into the product and what stays out.

01

One Event Holds the Whole Webinar

The registration page, the emails, the Control Room, the replay and the report belong to the same event. Nothing is exported from one stage and imported into the next.

02

Good Defaults, Few Decisions

Marketing teams are busy. Emails are pre-written, captions are on, the replay page is the event page. You decide the things only you can decide, like the tone and the date.

03

Honest Scope

We would rather do a focused set of things well than promise everything. If a feature is not ready, it is not on this site.

04

Built to Run Again

The goal is not one great webinar but a program: duplicate the last event, compare the results across sessions and improve a little each time.
