JakoMeet Help Center

Short answers for every step of a webinar in JakoMeet: event setup, registration, promotion, emails, the Control Room, captions, replay, analytics, AI Insights, Audience Boost and billing.

Getting Started

Learn what JakoMeet covers, choose the right starting plan, and follow the webinar from setup to reporting.

What is JakoMeet?

JakoMeet is a B2B webinar platform that covers the webinar from the first registration to the post-event report. Marketing teams draft the event page with AI, invite relevant professionals through Audience Boost, stream live with captions in 10 languages and follow up with attendees and no-shows from the same event. The organizer app is in English; event pages, registration forms, emails and captions come in ten languages: English, Turkish, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Portuguese, Polish and Arabic.

What can I do in the Free workspace?

Free is a €0 workspace with one event draft. AI drafts the title, description, agenda, FAQ and speaker bios; you preview the event page and registration form and rehearse alone in the Control Room with graphics, chat, Q&A and polls. Going live, inviting speakers, taking registrations and sending emails start with Launch or Growth.

Which paid plan fits my program?

Launch is €39 for one webinar of up to 60 minutes and 200 registrations, with no subscription. Growth is €79, €119 or €159 a month for 2, 3 or 4 webinars, each up to 90 minutes and 300 registrations, with 100 Audience Boost credits every paid month. For 5 or more webinars a month, ask for an Enterprise package. Prices exclude VAT added at checkout. Compare full limits on the Pricing page.

What is the basic workflow?

Draft the event with AI or enter the details yourself, prepare the registration page and publish it on a paid plan. Share the event link or use Audience Boost, go live, take questions and review the report. Registrants join with the email they registered with, and the replay appears on the same event page once the recording is processed.

Create an Event

Set up the event that will connect registration, communication, live delivery and reporting.

Set up the event

Start with an AI event draft on any plan or enter details manually. Review the title, description, agenda, FAQs, speakers and branding before publishing. Launch allows 1 draft; Growth allows 5. Use Launch or Growth for a real webinar.

Publishing the event page opens registration and uses an event credit; the live stream starts later, from the Control Room.

Check the schedule

Confirm the time and time zone before promoting the event. Paid events use a 60-day planning window, and a Launch webinar is published within 60 days of purchase. Event times drive the registration and reminder experience; if the date changes, registrants receive a system email. The Control Room warns you 10 minutes before the planned end and allows 5 extra minutes.

Prepare the page before publishing

Choose Professional, Showcase or Focus, review content blocks, registration fields and required consent, and preview the page. Event pages, registration and emails are published in the event language, and Launch and Growth can use your own domain through a redirect. Publish once the event checks pass.

What happens after publishing?

Share the published event address with your audience; registration, attendee email login and reporting stay connected to the event. Publishing uses an event credit. If you cancel within 7 days and there are no registrations, the event credit is returned. If publication fails, review required setup, approval and consent fields.

Registration & Landing Pages

Build and preview the event page, then decide what information registration should collect.

Build the event page

Choose Professional, Showcase or Focus. Add the event title and description, logo, cover image and brand colors. Show or hide relevant agenda, speaker, CTA and FAQ blocks; preview the result before publishing.

Choose registration fields

Full name, email, industry, role and seniority are required. Country is filled automatically. Job title, company size, phone, age and gender are optional. Keep the required GDPR consent field in place.

Set the destination after registration

Choose a thank-you page or redirect after registration. Registrants receive a confirmation email with event details and can add the event to their calendar.

To join, registrants enter the email used for registration on the event login page. No password, verification code or personal access link is required. Attendee login is remembered for one week.

Preview, publish and share

Check the page on desktop and mobile, confirm the event time, language and consent wording, then publish and share the event address. Event pages, registration and emails support 10 languages; Launch and Growth can use your own domain through a redirect. Review completed registrations by source in Webinar Analytics.

If someone cannot register

First check that the event is published, the registration form and consent controls are complete, and the plan has remaining registration capacity. Contact support with the event and the step where the problem occurs if it persists.

Promotion & Audience Reach

Share the event, reach new people with Audience Boost and see where registrants come from.

Share the event link

Share the published event address in your newsletter, social posts, partner pages or sales emails; every registration enters the same confirmation and reminder flow.

Reach new people with Audience Boost

Audience Boost sends targeted invitations from the JakoMeet network to professionals who match your filters. Growth includes 100 credits every paid month, and any paid plan can buy more. See the Audience Boost topic for how sending works.

Track registration sources

Each registrant keeps a source: direct, organic sharing, Audience Boost (JakoMeet network) or, on Growth, on-demand registration from the replay page. Compare sources and attendance in Webinar Analytics.

Collect on-demand registrations

On Growth, the registration page becomes a replay registration page after the webinar. New registrations are marked on-demand, do not count against live capacity and receive a confirmation with the replay link.

Email Automation

Choose the tone, preview or test each email and switch on the automations you need. The wording is pre-written for each email type.

Which messages are available?

The event sends a registration confirmation with the access details, reminders, a notice when the webinar starts and a follow-up that shares the replay. Date changes and removed registrations trigger system emails. Launch includes one reminder; Growth adds a second one and a separate follow-up for attendees and no-shows.

Reminders and follow-up

Launch sends one reminder, 24 hours before the event. Growth adds the 1-hour reminder and a separate follow-up for attendees and for registrants who did not attend. Preview or test each email before you switch it on.

Preview and test event emails

Every email type has a pre-written subject and body in the event language, filled with your event details. Choose Formal, Casual or Friendly, preview the email or send yourself a test, and turn the automation on or off.

Check delivery

Review sending status and failures for the event. Growth adds opens, clicks and bounces. Recipients can unsubscribe, and the log shows who did.

Replay messages

The replay email goes out once the recording is processed, which can take a little time after the live session.

Control Room

Prepare speakers and scenes, then run the native live webinar from JakoMeet.

Prepare before going live

Open the Control Room, check camera and microphone, rehearse and review preparation steps. Hosts and speakers can share screens or upload PDF or PPTX slides of up to 50 MB and 200 pages, up to 10 presentations each, and MP4 clips of up to 64 MB and 10 minutes.

Bring in guest speakers

Send each guest the dedicated backstage link; a JakoMeet account is not required for that guest access. Links can be renewed or revoked. Backstage opens 30 minutes before the event. Check guest connection and stage status and coordinate with backstage team chat.

Choose and preview a scene

Prepare solo, panel and presentation layouts for up to four people on stage, preview the next scene and explicitly put it on air. Save up to 24 scene presets and use the media library, brand style panel and phone/tablet layouts. Add a name strip, ticker, logo, cover, background and frame; the cover appears automatically when the stream starts.

Start and end the session

When devices, speakers and the selected scene are ready, use the Control Room's explicit Go Live control. Share your screen or slides as needed, monitor the live viewer count, and use the explicit End action when the session is complete. A warning appears 10 minutes before the stream time ends, with 5 extra minutes after it.

Manage viewer interaction

Chat and moderated Q&A run side by side on Launch and Growth; Launch includes one poll and Growth two. Live captions are on by default, and viewers can switch them to any of the 10 languages. Registered viewers join by entering the email they registered with on the event login page.

Audience Engagement

Run chat, Q&A and polls during the session and keep them in order with the moderation controls.

Use Chat and Q&A Together

Chat and moderated Q&A run side by side on Launch and Growth, and you can turn either off. Decide before the session which ones you will use and tell attendees at the start.

Moderate the conversation

In chat, moderators can pause the flow and hide or restore messages. In Q&A, moderators can approve, reject or pin questions and mark them answered live. An attendee's ability to send messages or questions can be restricted within the event.

Run Live Polls

Launch supports one poll per event; Growth supports two. Each poll has one question and two to six options. Each attendee can vote once per poll. The team sees results live; viewers see results after the poll closes.

Review engagement afterward

Review the questions and poll results next to attendance and registration sources. Live chat exports as a separate CSV.

Replay & Recording

What happens after the live session, and when the replay is ready.

When is replay ready?

Registrants can watch the replay once the recording has been processed. Processing takes a little time after the session, so check that it is ready before you share the link.

Share replay access

When the replay is ready, registrants return to the event address and enter the email they registered with. The follow-up email shares the replay; on Growth, attendees and no-shows get separate emails, and new people can register on the replay page to watch on demand.

Replay limits and downloads by plan

Launch and Growth include recording downloads. On Launch, the replay stays online for 30 days. On Growth, replays from the last 12 months stay online while the subscription is active. An email with a download link is sent 7 days before deletion.

If an output is missing

If replay or download is missing after the event, check whether processing has completed and whether your plan includes that output. If the event still does not show it, contact support with the event details.

Webinar Analytics

Read the factual webinar result before deciding what to improve.

Registration and attendance

Review registrants, live attendees, registrants who did not attend, and attendance rate. Attendance rate is live attendees divided by registrants, multiplied by 100. It shows the share of registrants who joined live and does not measure watch time.

Sources and engagement

Compare sources: direct registrations, organic sharing, JakoMeet network invitations through Audience Boost and, on Growth, on-demand replay registrations. Questions, poll results and total or unique replay views appear in the same report.

Exports and recurring programs

Paid plans export registrants, attendees, questions, live chat and polls as CSV; the registrant and attendee files include the email address. Growth adds exports of the AI Insights outputs and the Webinar Analytics screen across all webinars.

What the report does not measure

The report does not include landing page conversion rate, Audience Boost click counts, detailed watch time, completion percentage or revenue attribution. AI Insights is a separate Growth interpretation layer; it does not replace factual analytics.

AI Insights

Use AI event drafts on every plan and post-event AI Insights on Growth. Review the output and keep decisions with your team.

AI Drafts and Post-Event Insights

Every plan, including Free, supports AI drafts for event titles, descriptions, agendas, FAQs and speaker bios, with colors suggested from your logo. Growth adds AI Insights after the webinar, once the transcript and the interaction data are ready. Review the outputs before you act on them.

What information is used?

AI Insights reads the event transcript, the questions, the poll results and the engagement signals. It summarizes the recurring questions and themes, points out interest signals with their reasons and suggests next actions.

Review before acting

A person decides whether a signal matters and whether to use a suggested next action. AI Insights does not autonomously publish, go live, end an event, or send email. JakoMeet does not automatically score or qualify leads.

AI Availability by Plan

AI event drafts are included on every plan. Launch and Growth include a transcript built from the live captions. Post-event AI Insights are included on Growth once the transcript and interaction data are ready.

Audience Boost

Extend an eligible webinar beyond your own list without receiving a raw contact database.

Set eligible audience filters

Choose country, language, industry, role, seniority, company size, interests and prior attendance. Review eligible invitation volume. Sending requires an eligible audience, an approved published event and available workspace credits.

What happens when you send?

Preview the targeted invitation, then schedule it no later than 2 hours before the event. JakoMeet approves every send; a credit is used only for a delivered invitation and becomes final 48 hours after delivery. People who have not registered stay anonymous. Registrants join your event with Audience Boost recorded as their source.

Monthly Credits and Credit Packs

Growth includes 100 credits every paid month, valid for 12 months. Buy 100, 250, 500 or 1,000 more; 100 credits cost €10 and purchased credits last 12 months. Use them with any published event, including Launch webinars.

Review results and limits

Review credit usage, invitations sent and the registrations they produced. Eligible invitation volume is a planning figure.

Account & Billing

Plans, event allowances and account roles.

Compare the plans

Free is €0, with one event draft, a preview of the page and a solo rehearsal in the Control Room. Launch is €39 for one webinar, up to 60 minutes and 200 registrations, with no subscription. Growth is €79, €119 or €159 a month for 2, 3 or 4 webinars, up to 90 minutes and 300 registrations each. The Enterprise package is priced by quote and paid through a payment link. Prices exclude VAT added at checkout.

Add-ons and Plan Changes

A one-time extra Growth webinar costs €39 for the current month; moving up a tier adds €40 a month. Add 200 registrations to a Growth webinar for €25, or voice translation for €15 per language per webinar on Launch and Growth. Extra Audience Boost credits cost €10 per 100.

Team roles

Workspace roles are Admin, Co-host and Billing Admin. Launch includes the owner and 1 co-host; Growth includes the owner and 3 people. Admin manages the workspace, Co-host works on events and live operations, and Billing Admin handles billing. Guest speakers use separate backstage links without workspace accounts.

Where to check account and billing details

Review plan details, usage and billing records in your workspace. If you move from Launch to Growth within 60 days, the €39 is deducted from your first Growth payment. Publishing spends an event credit; cancellation within 7 days with no registrations returns that credit. Use in-app Helpdesk for billing questions, or the Contact page if you cannot access your account.
