Frequently Asked Questions About JakoMeet Pricing
Free is for preparing: one event draft written with AI, a preview of the page and form, and a solo rehearsal in the Control Room with graphics, chat, Q&A and polls. Going live, inviting speakers, taking registrations and sending emails start with Launch.
Yes. A one-time extra Growth webinar costs €39 and is valid for the current month; to run more every month, move up a tier for €40 a month per step. Add 200 registrations to a Growth webinar for €25 (300 to 500 seats). Voice translation costs €15 per language per webinar on Launch and Growth. An event credit is used on publication and returned if you cancel within 7 days with no registrations.
Audience Boost uses credits, one per delivered invitation. Growth includes 100 credits every paid month, valid for 3 months. Buy 100, 250, 500 or 1,000 more; 100 credits cost €10 and last 12 months, and they also work with Launch webinars. A credit becomes final 48 hours after delivery, sending closes 2 hours before the event, and JakoMeet approves every send.
On Launch, the replay stays online for 30 days. On Growth, replays from the last 12 months stay online while your subscription is active. An email with a download link is sent 7 days before a recording is deleted.
The Enterprise package is for programs that need more than Growth, such as 5 or more webinars a month. Webinar count, duration, registration capacity, voice translation and Audience Boost credits are set to your needs, priced by quote and paid once through a payment link.
